Order Minimums

• Minimum order: 500 bags per flavor
• Mixed orders are allowed, but each flavor must meet the minimum.

Pricing & Quotes

All pricing is provided via written quote. Quotes are based on current ingredient and packaging costs and may have an expiration date. Final pricing will be confirmed before any order is processed.

Payment Terms

Standard terms are prepayment prior to shipment unless other arrangements are approved in writing. We currently accept major credit cards and ACH/bank transfer.

Lead Times

Lead times vary based on order size and product mix. Typical range is 10–15 business days from payment to ship date. Rush orders may be available on request.

Shipping

Orders ship from Ortonville Michigan. Freight options include standard ground and LTL for palletized orders. Shipping costs will be included on your quote or invoiced separately, depending on the arrangement.

Damages & Shortages

Please inspect shipments upon arrival. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 3 business days with photos and details so we can work with you on a resolution.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns once product has left our facility, except in cases of confirmed quality issues.

Branding & Resale

Products must be sold in original packaging unless otherwise agreed under a private label program. Any online resale must accurately represent the product and brand.
